LPS lighting and care

I haven't ever kept LPS's in my 10 years in this hobby. Now since everything (except the microbubble problem ) has been relatively normal in my tank for 3 years now, I have a few questions.

1. What kind of lighting should I have to keep frogspawn, hammer, acans, and blasto corals

2. flowrate?

3. feeding.

if there are good articles here on reefcentral, I would be more than happy to look them up.

TIA

gentle moderate flow, 10K would be my preference and they can be kept under VHOS or Halides. They can be target fed once a week.
