wow, awesome colors everyone. im starting to think having more fish is a better thing... maybe ill add a few more fish to my 120 having only 8 seems low compared to some of your set ups... maybe having 12-13 fish....hmmmmmm

I feed heavy daily and skim heavy and use a RDSB.
In my qt I have a tiny blue tang, tiny convict tang, a copperband, and 6 firefish gobies (3reg and 3 purple) they will be going into the display in 2 weeks if all is ok. I do not tolerate any hair algea and have a VERY large snail cleanup crew. Unknown number now but around 100 to 140. No registering nitratesor phosphates.

Seems I am not a rebel after all. I figured I was one of the few who bucked the books and many of the experts. It is obvious that corals need food wherever they can get it. I just couldn't make sense out of a nutrient poor system.

IMHO heavy feeding in a new tank is a recipe for disaster, wait at least a year before you try it unless you have very very good export capabilities.

I am very inspired by the tanks here.

In My 90G SPS Tank, without the SPSs yet...

- ocelaris pair
- flame hawk
- pseudochromis purple
- sixline
- salarias fasciatus

I'm going to take the ocelaria pair and salarias out when it vanishes the algae and intend to put some green chromis (5) and maybe 1 yellow tang.

How did u catch them? I have tried for hours with multiple size nets at once with no luck....

You need to add more:

2 Starki damsel
2 green chromis damsel
1 Emperator angel

total 60 fish as of tonight. I still plan to add 5 more Sunbust anthias.

I have about 5 female barlett anthias ans 11 male. Some of them are over six months, some are over two weeks. They do change sex though.
