ID Please - Creature from my Refugium

Hi all - I'm just really curious what this is that sprouted out of my 2 week old refugium. My son found this guy on one of the sides of the refugium. Any ideas?

By the way - it's really been fascinating watching things grow out of "nothing". I've noticed a couple slug-type guys with antennae, as well as a growing number of what look like amphipods! This really is very cool.

Thanks!

I have thousands in my tanks. They are good detritus eaters.
