Fish Question
I curratly have a 30 gallon tank with 1 clown, 1 goby and 1 magenta dottyback. They have been in there 3 years. I also have a 10 gallon tank with 1 yellow tail damsel. It has been in there 2 years.
I am getting ready to take down the 30 gallon and replace it with a 54 gallon corner tank. I would like to take the damsel from the 10 and put it in the new tank with the other 3 fish. I have heard good and bad about the yellow tail damsels. What do you guys think? |

Put the yellowtail in last, these guys are extremely territorial and aggressive, dont be fooled by its size, they will even nip at your hands if you put them near his "home". If he goes in first the whole tank becomes his territory, however if you put him in a couple of days after the others or maybe even wait about a week to be on the safe side. He will still eventually find a little hiding spot in the tank that he will defend aggressively, so best to keep an eye on him.
