Unhappy those lovely brown flatworms

Hello everybody, put some new live rock in and now have a ton of flatworms (never had any for the rest of the time we've had the tank), but didn't think to treat the rock before it went in because we've never had them before. Live and learn. Anyway I've been trying to ignore them BUT has anyone used the flatworm exit? Or should I just make friends with them? (They're not very personable.)
