Check for your photo

You guys better check this site to see whether if your pictures have been stolen or not.
This is my original picture.
http://www.pbase.com/this_is_me_999/image/62461662

The Jacka$$ cropped my copyright out and put on his own. There are a lot of nice pictures on the site. But I bet they're all stolen from somewhere.

Ok, number 32 is mine. Did you contact him on why he is using our photos? I can't understand what the site is for, either displaying the photos or selling them.

Funny, I thought taking photos without permission was stealing?

Is that why my picture was cropped out on the copyright and now that I confronted you, it is on the left hand side now?

Let us know where you got the photos from and we can ask those who stole them in the first place to explain. If you took them from somewhere and didn't ask permission, even if you thought you were talking with the real owner, it is stealing.

I think it's only right that you remove any photos you do not have express permission from the owner to use.

Hahhahaha. The scumbag finally fessed up.

This is really not worth my time...the reason why I resize my images the way I did is to avoid people from selling prints from it. He can't do anything except reposting it somewhere else. I'm 100% aware of this kind of stuff the moment I post pictures on the web. It's a real shame but you can't really do anything about it.
by the owner off the topic!

be human to seen a human! not like scumbag!
i answer you seriously and peacufully. dont get me regretful that my answer.

be serious to get respect!

Hahahhaha, you're quite amausing...
How is it not stealing if you never ask my permission to use the image nevermind the balls to crop out my copyright and put your own?
I would appreciate it if you don't use my image anymore. And please consider other people images as well.

I sympathize with you but I doubt there's anything you can do.

That's why a lot of people on FM use noise ninja to ADD noise to their pics before posting so people can't steal them

Or the stupid copyright things over the whole image.

It's a crappy situation

First I would like to say that if you did not steel them then let us know the site you got the images from, then you could free your name, if you're not willing to do that then you must be guilty...
Second this is Copyright Infringement and against the law whether you knew it when you got the photos or not you know it now and can get into some serious trouble legally and financially if you don't take down all the photos (since you didn't take them and chances are they are all stolen) I will personally vouch for this is me, I saw that your copyright was on the photo you stole, if he needs it in writing I am more then happy to give it.
Thirdly I will be posting your site on all my photography forums out of common courtesy for fellow photographers, they have the right to see if any of those images are theres and do what they deem necessary after that.
You are in the wrong, and you know it, and if you were a victim then why not just tell us the site you got them from originally???

It doesn't appear that he is using the images for monetary gain but there is that possibility. Regardless, if he refuses to remove the stolen photos from his site you can try to contact his webhost and inform them that they are hosting stolen material. This usually gets a quick response since they could be held liable. I've had to do this on one occasion and the webhost reacted quickly, but it was an American company.

LMAO....one of those is the background that Microsoft offers in the new windows pack!! I have it as my background!!

I can't believe that this guy is using them for any gain for him self from real reefers. I have used photos from the web to take to LFS to see if they can get me something but I think that would be okay IMO.

I have saved photos before but not from here. (not fish anyway)

guOD- Why do people add noise to their pics to keep people from stealing them? Can't people just remove the noise from the pics?
