RC salt problem

I read a thread yesterday, I believe it was in this forum, where someone sent in there RC salt to them and the analyze of it was low in CA. I can not find the thread today, I had a batch of RC made up for a water change yesterday, tested it last night CA was 320. I bought 3 buckets of it last fall when I took a road trip to DR.'s F&S, facility in northern WI.
Can someone direct back to that thread.
Bob
