my new system build idea

For the past 8 months I have been using a frag tank as a reef tank, which is pretty cool, but now its time to upgrade and I think I may need some help. I have been into the hobby for around 3 years and have had a couple of larger tanks, but nothing like this. The reason I started this idea is 2 days ago I help my buddy transfer his reef from a 35 gallon cube to a 58g and I bought his old 35 and cleaned it up. I intended on setting up a second reef b/c my frag tank is full and growing rapidly. well today I was thinking and said why should I keep setting up these small systems and growing out of them in a year and setting a new one up b/c In 5 years Ill have 10 nano reefs, hah. well here is what I have in mind.

My current reef tank is a 20 gallon acrylic- 24"L x 24"W x 10" high with a center overflow and returns plumbed to all four corners, 10 gallon sump/refugium, mag 350 return pump, jbj 300gph for flow, aqua c remora skimmer, and a 150w DE MH fixture.

The 35 Gallon I just bout from my friend is also acrylic and I buffed it out to look nice again. its dimensions are 20 x 20 x 20 with 4 holes drilled in the center 2 for closed loop, and the other 2 for return and drain.

The tank I am getting made is 117 gallons and it is also an acrylic cube 30" x 30"x 30".

well my goal is to make this 1 system with all tanks side by side(with small gap). my current reef 20g is going to be a frag tank, the 35 is going to be a refugium with macro algae and eventually a mandrin goby(I have always like refugiums so thats why I want to display it), and my new 117 gallon will be the main display reef tank. and have a 75g tank as a sump. the final dimesions of the stand are going to be 80"L x 30"W x 36" H.

Do you see any potential issues here? or how I could make it better? feel free to rip the idea apart....

1st Question?? -Well I drew up what I have in mind.. so if you want to check it out please do and let me know if you see any issues with weight distribution or anything at all...

2nd Question?? -what do I do with my livestock, sps, lps, and softies and liverock until my new system is ready?

3rd question?? -as far as plumbing this, I was going to plumb these tanks all seperatly to the sump with 3 seperate pumps for returns and 3 seperate drains.. how does that sound? or is there a better way.
