Garlic - Kent Marine or the Grocery Store?

What is better, the Garlic the LFS charges me $10 for a tiny bottle of "Kent Garlic" - or some sort of garlic available at my grocery store?

is there a difference, and if not - what brand do you suggest I try from the grocery store. (im thinking it would be cheaper / i'd get more of it for soaking foods down in it real good, like nori)

Also, is there such a thing as too much garlic and zoe on your food when fighting Ich?

Any garlic oil will do

Basically soak the food well, any left can be used to soak more food the following day.
