Not to mention great customer service, they refunded my priority overnight when it wasn't delivered until 2pm.

Man everybody I know that buys from Live aquaria has had the fish die within days................they promptly refund the money but seems like a waste of life to me.
I like the smaller frag farm type shops, they are really into what they sell versus the Wal-mart like Fosters&Smith.

I've never had a fish die from LA... Ive ordered 11 total on 5 or 6 different occasions. I've ordered a lot of inverts as well, some dont make it, which is to be expected, and they always refund promptly.

live aquaria, they will take care of you!!

most others will ask a zillion and 1 questions if you get a DOA, they try to make sure you are not going to rip them off, i mean ****.. aint 1 pic enough, they want you to bust out a news paper / news channel and take a pic next to the current time/date, ship them a couple watersamples, and show them my set up, and at the end thay say alright here is your 100$ - shipping and a restock fee.

I have only had 1 die from LA, and that was fedex's fault not LA.

Marine depot is on the top of my list for great service.

i've also ordered lots of stuff through live aquaria, pet solutions,& Reefermadness all with good results.

however i just placed an order with FRESHMARINE.COM for a skimmer last week and they still havent shipped it out nor answered my calls or emails.

i understand its the holiday season and i'm giving them the benifit of the doubt but come wed afternoon im having the bank stop payment and canceling the order if i don't hear from them.
so far im a bit unpleased....its been a week.

I prefer drs foster and smith, also have bought from live aquaria 5-6 times. Only prob I had was with fedex. One time took 2 days to get my stuff all DOA.. They gave me my money back no questions asked.. Thats why I will continue to do business with them for a longg time.
