Pasdena tropical fish gets them quite often for a good price...cant vouch for them though because I never bought from them

I do not live in California, but would highly recommend DFS Live Aquaria Diver's Den. I have a Goldflake, Blueface, Regal, and Blueline/Bluestriped ( C. septentrionalis ). All purchased from LA Diver's Den. The health, and quality of all these angels from them has been excellent.
If a local source does not work out, DFS may be an option for you.
