I will go Priority Mail too since it's the cheapest shipping method to get the frags to the destination soon enough. Please drop me if Priority Mail is not an option.

Also, I want to add that if you ship out Priority Mail packages on Sat, your packages will usually reach their destinations on the next Monday, which is only 2 days. I've shipped out many live fish packages on Sat. Shipping out during the weekdays might take 3 days.

Ok, after a mass of PM's and posts, USPS Priority Mail it is. The people have spoken.

Then It will be shipping on Tuesday, via USPS Priority Flat Rate boxes or as negotiated by pairs of people.

Right now is the cutoff for additions to the list.

I will be sending out information for pairs of people over the next two days since there is a lot of information and a few new people I have to throw into the mix.

All e-mails have been sent. *whew*

If you did not get an e-mail, please contact me via PM or e-mail. This is the first time so please keep in mind I'm creating the process as I go for some of this..... Next time will have a lot of little bugs on my end fixed which caused me more work that I should of had to do.

Yup, BKtomodachi is right.

This week is for working out the details between you and your trade people. Double check your shipping info and make sure you agree on how and when you should expect things.

Shipping will be on the 22nd. Everyone will send out then. You'll send out two thermos and receive two either on the 23rd or 24th.

Hind site now shows me that this could have been a three day thing and then ship. Oh well, I will fix that next time. To late to change it now.

Also, it should be a little warmer by next week. I know around here it's 20deg as a high for the day.... =?) w00t! Go Wisconsin weather. Last week it was 50's and snow melting, this week I'm wearing boots and scraping ice off my car in the morning before I go to work or before I go home at night.

Lol, yes the 22nd of this month... =?)

Another 6 days before the offical trade date. I know it's a ways off, but some people aren't as active as the rest of us and I want to make sure everyone has time to ask any final questions and feel comfortable with what we are doing.

At what point should should we be worried if we've not contacted or been contacted?

If you've tried e-mails and PM's, wait till tomorrow morning and send me an e-mail and copy that person in saying that you haven't been able to get in touch with them.

I'll send an e-mail to the other person that they are matched up with to see if they have issues getting in touch with them also.

If they don't respond to the e-mail that I'll send back to both of you in 24 hours, I'll consider it as they do not want to participate and I'll move the list around and put you in touch with their other trade partner to swap info with. If they can't respond to e-mails inside of four days then they shouldn't have committed to doing this.

On the outside chance that someone has a real issue with responding, I'll see what I can do to get them back in but I won't guarantee anything. People not responding at all will be dropped and not allowed to participate again per the rules.

It's been 48 hours since I sent the e-mails. Tomorrow will be 72 hours. As of tomorrow night, it will be 108 hours before we send out.

I expect a few issues to come up since this is the first time. In fact, some of you may only end up with one trade because of people not doing their part, and I apologize if that happens to you.

The only thing I can say is next time there will be two different pools of people: Newcomers and returning swappers. The two pools will be separate and things should go much easier for returning people.
