im curious as to how the plumbing works. i can see the overflow but in the opening pics i saw holes in the botom of the tank.
so where are those holes going to and how have you stopped back siphoning?

Nice updated pics! Thats exactly how I remember it. The tank is so clear and clean!

I love that Japanese Anemone! Is that an LPS?

It's a controller... Reef Keeper 2 I love the simplicity and controlls just about everything. I highly recommend it.

Thanks E. The open top makes scraping hell of a lot easier. I'm going to TRY to keep the back coraline algae free.

It's not an LPS, but Halcurias sp anemone. It's collected 200+ ft depth. Does not need any light, but can tollerate my 250 watts w/o any problem.

I don't get the whole PVC bottom thing..... i thought glass aquariums could only be all glass ? .... i didn't know glass could stick to PVC and hold water.

Do you know what's the longest a Glass + PVC aquarium has lasted?

Oops, my bad. I purchased that one as "Japanese Brain coral" It looked wicked from the first day when I received it.
