major storm coming!

they say its going to be worst than the other day, but with ice! so is the meeting still on? I hate winter lol

The latest weather forecast has it downgraded to a Weather Advisory:

STEADY SNOW...POSSIBLY MIXED WITH SLEET...WILL OVERSPREAD THE ADVISORY AREA AROUND OR JUST AFTER MIDNIGHT. THE SNOW WILL GRADUALLY MIX WITH MORE SLEET DURING THE NIGHT...BEFORE CHANGING TO SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN AFTER SUNRISE...THEN MAINLY RAIN DURING SUNDAY AFTERNOON.

Folks are looking forward to the Secret Santa, so I really would like to have the meeting if we can.

It will also depend on The Lutz Museum.

i have about 4" new snow, and it's turned to a heavy rain/sleet mixture that is coating everything. oddly enough, the plows haven't been on the road yet...

All I heard was ice pelets flying into my bdrm window last night, and this morning the ONLY cars I am seeing on the roads are AWD and 4x4 vehicles......I can't even see the road.....

it honestly makes sense for no plows though. let the snow soak up the rain, then plow later. makes it so they save on sand/salt and doesn't make the roads a complete sheet of ice.
