Is PVC cement safe for fishs and corals?

hello all,
I am going to clue the PVC to a bulkheads for the pluming for my tank. I have "Regular Clear PVC Cement" from a company called Oatey, is it safe to use this cement to clue my pvc?
If after I finished clue things together and it leaks, I have to buy new bulkheads and pvc and start all over or is there some way I can fix the leak?

Thanks,

it;s reef safe after it dries.. as for the leak.. most times.. people use screw threaded type bulkheads.. then use an adapter to connect to them.. that way if you mess up.. it can be unscrewed and salvage the bulkhead..

yeah, good idea about the threaded type bulkheads and unscrewed if you made mistake. This is my first time do pluming for the tank, so I just bought the slip type that my LFS recommended.
damn such a bad idea, I can't even exchange them since they don't carry any threaded type bulkheads

thanks for the advice
