Prop tank and QT tank lighting issues

I have a pair of 55's that I wish to light up.

One will be for QTing new corals and fish as I plan on increasing my livstock flow which light do you guys think would work best for this??

55 gallon that I will be useing as prop tank with egg crate same question. what would work best for coral growth and repair from fraging??

#1.) Nove Extreme T-5 with Lunars 36" or 48" 156 watts --$199.99
OR
#2.) Corallife Compact Flourecent 36" or 48" 96 watts --$109.99

If you have opions on other light please feel free the idea would be to keep it cheaper then MH but not normal lighting.

Thanks
Jonathan

Look into a DIY T-5 setup with individual reflectors

Either one should work, but I would probably go with the T5 fixture.

I agree, the T5 would work better for the QT tank.
