A major component of the Steinhart Aquarium's $450 million renovation in Golden Gate Park is a 200,000 gallon living coral reef tank and shark lagoon. This represents the largest living coral reef undertaken in this hempisphere, and the deepest in the world. Steinhart biologist Matt Wandell will give us a behind the scenes look at the design and construction of this unique exhibit due to open in late 2008

But if you are, attendance would qualify you for the February swap!

I created a BAR account on 9/23. Just tried to login, and it says "Your account is still awaiting admin approval." How long does approval take?

You created a forum login?

Did you also fill out the info and Paypal as described here:

http://www.bareefers.org/public/memb...newmember=True

The new account doesn't get activated until we get the Paypal notification.

Just figured out that account creation and forum registration weren't the same thing last night, whoops. Paypal now sent.

I'm looking forward to this meeting. Although I 'sat-in' on the August swap, this will be my first official meeting. How long do they usually last?

I have class until 3:30 in Menlo Park, and I was REALLY hoping to catch the last 1/2. Anyone with a guess on how long they go for?

THanks,
Tom

Hi Tom,

I'm guessing that we'll be wrapping up around 3pm.

See you on Saturday!
