Yeah, when its "finished." I turned my mag 9.5 closed loop on for a few minutes, and without very much rock in there, everything started blowing around! So that will stay off until I get all my rock in there. The color of the 20ks is really nice! I plan to stack my rock across the entire back, then foreward on each side and use the middle as a clam lagoon. Plan to have at least 4 clams.

I don't know to be perfectly honest. I plan to keep maximas under the 250w MH.

That's very cool Clownkeeper. No such thing as starting them off too early .

34 here and gave up on carpet and put vinyl on the fish room floor. My wife keeps telling me when she comes in to talk to me and then leave she feels like she has been in the shower... i splash water all over the place. On the floor, desk and even on anyone in the room.

I read an article about how the government is taking a lot of licenses away in your country Josh...that's pretty unfortunate.

PS - I am a water-spiller too . I even broke my cell phone when talking to a friend while doing a water change. The last thing they heard was SHI...plunk!

Crikey! I dropped and broke my "mobile phone" in a physics lesson a few weeks back... GREAT reason to get a new one...

Yeah it sucks, they are buying back heaps of collecting licences. i'm trying to read where i can legally get coral in the GBR when i go on the end of year road trip... The BAD thing is that Aus doesn't import coral at all, only fish,- at CRAZY prices… sometimes I WISH I lived in another country…

I would say yay on the derasa, but nay on the squami...but that's just my opinion from research--not experience. The derasas get HUGE though, which is why I am considering my next clam as a squami.

Coolio,

wellp,,, my mandarin took a turn for the worst and got very skinny, i plopped her in my fuge for a day or two and she gained some weight and i plan on taking her back sometime this week. The reef tank i said my friend had that she could go to just got a mated pair of mandarin so, thats a no no for me. Sad shes going back, but i dont want to kill her.

Thanks Kayla, i was afraid i was gonna get major, "i told you so" and flamed like crap.

I get my braces off in October, I cant wait!!
my xenia and star polyps have gone crazy and have both doubled in growth

I think im ready for some LPS.
Candycane/ Trumpet

Open brain-maybe
(still debating on a sun coral) im going to see if i can work out a schedule to spare 15 minutes a day for one

Josh come to America, the land of oppurtunity and great Reefing.

Wowo we can get tangs anywhere from 20-100 bucks

FYI: Did you know, the majority of Canda's population 100 miles or so of the US/ Canadian border?

Hey, you forgot the $1000 Gem Tang!!! My LFS actually had two of these in one day. Absolutely beautiful, but still not worth $1000 in my opinion!
