Hanna tester owners

How often do you have to calabrate your testers, I have a hanna hand held tester that reads ph tds and orp. I bought it and a ro/di unit about three months ago and the tester was saying that my tds was at 28 ppm already. So I bought calabration solution and it was way out.

i test mine monthly, i have a tds meter as well as their ph meter
