New setup

I just setup my new 210 and added all my live rock from other tank (about 140 lbs) and added the bacteria boost for a fast cycle for my new wet dry about 2 days ago. I added my fish from old tank last night. How long do you think I should wait before adding anything else to the tank?

Hopefully the 140 lbs of live rock will cycle it almost instantly. Did you test anything?

The one thing I did not do was use any of the water or gravel from other tank, I just started off with new RO water and new gravel.

What kind of "bacteria boost" did you add? Most of that stuff is bunk & contains no live bacteria at all. The 140lbs of LR should have done the job.

some yes, most? that's a bold statement. biozyme is the only bunk one i know of for sure i believe the main ingredient is saw dust.

i have used the "48hr" cycle products and they do work, but the tank was not as stable as "normally cycled tanks" in terms of bio load capacity.

I would give it a week at least and continue testing.

The stuff that was used, has been used before when I changed my filter system and didnt have no problems with it, but I also had the live rock with it.

I would wait 3-4 days and then test the tank.If it looks good i would go ahead and add things slowly.

Good Luck
