What is this?

Anyone know what this is?

I am thinking it is some sort of fungus, but not sure. There are quite a few of these on the rocks, they popped out after the cycle and are growing.

Wish I had a better picture, but thought it may be good enough for someone more experienced than I to identify.

that is probably some kind of encrusting algae. maybe Peyssonnelia sp. its kind of common to see algae like that in the beginning, but they usually die off in time. I would be more concerned about the hair algae

If you saw what it looked like two weeks ago you would understand why it is not a concern at all. It seriously is about 15% of what it was, it was crazy.
