Got some nice yumas tonight...

I got TEN polyps of these beauties tonight at the LFS for $39. They were marked as "mushrooms". They are really pretty. I hope they keep their color in my tank.

Thanks. I am not fragging right now, but maybe in the future when they split some more.

The funny thing is the LFS I got these at never has anything but leathers and plain ol' shrooms. I was there for fish food and saw these.

Thats exactly what happened to me with my rics. These LFS dont have a clue what they have and they sell them for dirt cheap!

No, I got these at Tropical Treasures at 27th Ave and Bell. They don't have a lot of stuff, but once in a while they get some really nice stuff in.

not trying to bring you down- but i think your pink one is a faded version of the others. the others seem to have a darker, purplish coloration, right?

Nice find Crystal! I just got these from one of our local guys for $25 I counted 14 on this rock. Now I got the ric bug.

Also Crystal I have a LFS bringing in a few Rics this week for a sample of their distrubitors. Looking at 20 each . PM if you might be interested. I saw some nice color morphs.

I also seen two ric rocks at another LFS for Cheap about the same color as yours

Hey Crystal & Chris, I'm in the process of building Ricordea Mountain. I got this rock that looks like an upside-down icycle - about 20" tall. It's cool, it goes up crooked to a point, like something from a Tim Burton movie. I'm puddying in all my ricordea - it will stand alone and look really cool.

Anyway, I need to do a ric order - wanna group up and save shipping? I was thinking Roes, but open to suggestions. I would rather not have a dozen people, unless you wanna coordinate it. ;-)

LMK.

That sounds cool a big ric rock with the colors of the rainbow

I would be interested in going in on some . Depends on when you want to place an order. I have a LFS bringing in a few nice rics this week so I may buy some of thoses too.

Dude, where? I have asked some but they never really come thru. I've seen some at All Aquatics (although I won't step foot in that place) but he charges like $75 for a common orange/blue, what a crook.

I'm not in a rush, whenever. Just LMK. I wonder if Roes give a deal for group buys.

Thats who like 20-25 each he has a new distibutor. He was the one that didn't rip me off on the dolphin unions

I will let you know how it goes and how the rics look.

I figured it was him. ;-) Anyway - if you wanna go in on Roes or Blowfish - LMK. I think in a week or two would be my timing.

$25/polyp isn't bad for an LFS, I'll end up paying that anyway after shipping.

I do like Roes WYSIWYG.

Night man, take care of that Purple Tang for me!!! These pajamas are getting sick of the sump. ;-)

Crystal,
Beautiful rics - what a great find. I'd love to trade with you sometime.

Sorry to hear about your job. That's always hard to deal with I try to look at it as an involuntary vacation!

Melissa
