Talking Crossbreeding Mushrooms

Anyone know anything about trying to crossbreed different mushrooms to get variations in color? I've searched and haven't come up with much other than if they are crossbred then the offspring can't reproduce.

Hmm, I'm not sure about that. I have a rock of green striped shrooms that reproduce quite frequently and a few of the new shrooms are the green spotted ones rather than the striped. I though that was rather odd, but I like the new additions!

good question, I don't know. I do know that some of the babies I have in my tanks are unlike any others I currently have.

I think they would have to sexualy reproduce (the uncommon, or the way I have never seen)

Not all are alike, a green one on the top of the tank, may be brown at the bottom.
