Lab Grade test kits?
Hi guys,
I know Salifert are good kits to have. But is there a good place to get lab grade kits? Phosphate does not show up, but I know there is phosphate present. Also, I was wondering about good calcium and alkalinity lab grade kits. Thanks

How do you know phosphate is present?
Hach is a laboratory kit manufacturer. www.hach.com I recommend their phosphate kit PO-19.

I've not compared them directly, but I would not assume that the meter is more accurate or has a lower limit of detection. The Hach kit is accurate by my testing, but cannot read well below 0.02-0.03 ppm or so, depending on your eyes.
