How can I get my Florida Ric to detach?

I have a Florida Ric I would like to take off the small piece of gravel it’s attached to and set it on my live rock and let it attach there.

Gluing to my liverock would be very difficult for a number of reasons and is off the table for me.

Is there an easy way to do this without harming the mushroom??
