Lifespan on MH 400W DE bulbs and VHO?

Hi-

I have one light fixture with (assuming I get all these acronyms right :

400W Coralvue 10K HQI DE running on a PFO 400W HQI ballast

I am looking for opinions on how many hours you would give it before replacement?

Same thing for 110W VHO bulbs running on ARO AS220 Ballast?
