huge tank owners...sequence pwr series

i have a sequence 7400pwr55. never touched water. brand new. still in plastic wrap

The link you provided says out of pond construction. Is this salt water safe? Would it raise the temperature to dangerous levels for a reef tank? The link didn't specify on the salt water hobby.

I purchased this pump from reefexotics.com and they say all of there pumps have sw seals. As far as temp I couldn't tell you as I've never used it. I bought it a while back and just never used it.too big for my applications.
