It ceases to amaze me how stupid some people can be.
Its simply amazing, the sheer level of stupidity exhibited this man.

Here is a quote from the article:

"The man shouted, ‘God will save me, if he exists,’ lowered himself by a rope into the enclosure, took his shoes off and went up to the lions," the official said.

"A lioness went straight for him, knocked him down and severed his carotid artery."

It was in Taiwan, but I thnk that happened in 2004. The guy was a few cards shy of a full deck and was attempting to minister to the lions.

He was mauled, but the zoo keepers were able to get him out.
