Mark, I assume you are still shipping my corals too correct? I'm not getting in a big huff over it. I understand sometimes things happen and people get bogged down in responsibilities.

point is it did not have to come down to this for the person at fault to start taking action. a man's word is his life.

Yes they do. Thats why RC has the 50 post rule. Build a good reputation and help others.
The mods do the best to track people that just post to build the count and then trade and sell to make a profit.
If you see someone with 51 posts try to sell or trade you better be carefull and do your homework. I am glad it all worked out.

I just wanted to thank the guy that first posted about this at saltwaterfish.com. I'm a semi newbie escp. to corals and made a deal with this guy on that site, a day before I saw the post. I will also be seeking payment for the corals I sent to him, or an actually shipment of the corals he promised in the trade. Those of you who spoke to the police in Villa Rica, Is there someone in particular I should contact about this guy? I can't even get him to respond to my emails. Also I would love to have his # to try and contact him.

Mark if you read this, I will take action...

i just got scammed by him on another forum saltwaterfish.com....used the email reefman61686@aim.com...i spent 45+ on sending corals to him...and he called my store that i work at because thats where the ups label was from, so he was confused about what was going on...and so i finally realized what it was, and called him back to tell him it was me, and he told me he couldnt remember me even though we've been emailing the last 1.5weeks about the trade--starting on 01/23....i sent him all our emails and he said he got mine and will send me mine and i should receive it the next day...well i received em today, heat pack unwrapped which melted part of a bag...but not only that, it was MY CORAL that i originally sent him!!....what a waste of my money and my corals as at least half of them have died, and who knows if the rest will live.......

Man you are a real slime ball, did you really think that you can screw this many people and get away with it.
My friend is a fraud det, and if any of you only lost a little money, instead of getting repaid call the Police and Press CHARGES, he will get a min of 6 months for mail fraud and have to repay you the cost and damages. If he repays you then the police will not press charges.
This guy needs to delt with for what he did to everyone, 6 months in jail and his name in the local newspaper should do it.

im new to this site, but a long time member of saltwaterfish. Mark Buckner did the same thing to me. i paid about 30 bucks to send next day to him. i sent 3 frags of double headed green and purple frogspawn and 3 green ricordia frags all mounted on their own piece of rock. he sent me back my own stuff which was freezing when it got to me, with 1 heatpack directly on the bag (melted). everything is dead! thanks Mark! awe yeah, he also sent priority, which cost like 6 bucks. i have saved all our previous emails and have all pics we sent each other. i let me know what can be done about this. Thanks. Noah
