Star Wars fans? (IMG intense)

Star Wars has an exhibit going around the country and it started in none other than Columbus, Ohio at COSI, the Center of Science and Industry.

Since I've got connections, I got to see it before the public as media. The exhibit is mostly props from the movies, but there are also hands on things (robots, a little hovercraft, etc).

So without further ado...pictures

Which mod is this?

thats cool. I once almost bought a storm trooper outfit. It was at sharper image or one of those stores. With a $1600 price tag......... I still almost got it, i don't know what i spent that money on so I honestly wish I had gotten it.

Are all the costumes and weapons originals from the movies?

What a week for me to move out of Ohio. I am a huge Star Wars fan and lived near Akron. Also a huge Buckeye's fan. Don't think I will get too many games down here in Norfolk,Va. But I do hope that Star Wars exhibit comes my way. Great pics by the way.

Yes as far as I know those are the original costumes and props from the movies.

There was also a pretty cool replica of the cockpit of the millenium falcon. You sit in there and it's like a small IMAX movie with a 4 minute movie, rumbling seats and all. But you weren't allowed to take any pics of that.

By the way, in the pic with Yoda and Mace Windu's costume there is the Jedi trainer thing. They opened one side of the box to show the little motor and wiring for it.

And the only pic of Vader I got was with my girlfriend, sorry for you fanatics

Just so you know the exhibit was built and opened in Boston Science Center. All of the props and costumes that are behind glass are the orginals from the movies. The exhibit is only at COSI Columbus until September 4th. You can see some more information at http://www.cosi.org/adapt.php?parent...xhibit-sw&fl=1
