!! whats wrong with my clown? HELP

whats wrong with my clown?

he is staying near the bottom and sometimes justs stops swimming to rest on the sand. is this normal or is something wrong with him??

water params:

Amm 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 20
pH 8.2
Salinity 1.024

Temp 79-80

Everything else looks fine

I just added a Flower Pot Coral Last night

12 g tank

is he eating? sometimes they will host in the sand. could be that. If he is free of disease. If he is not eating then I would say this may be a bad sign
