tank upgrade need opio

so i am upgrading from a 38 gal to a 65 gal the new tank i want to be mostly sps's (if all goes well) i am looking at water movement right now, i will be using an ecosystem 3012 as a filter, i plan on using a quiet one 3000 as the retun pump and another one on a closed loop feeding through sea swirls on either corner of the tank. do you think this is too much flow, or not enough, keep in mind that neither pump will be operating at max capasity because of piping, and distance traveled. thanks

For SPS only get as much flow as you can. In our small tank with assorted frags in it we had mid flow and a few SPS that did ok. We upped the flow and added some MJs with mods that increased the flow drastically. Within a short period of time the SPS frags took off with increased polyp extension and now with much more increased growth. A few of the LPS didnt really care for the increased flow and had to be moved but the SPS sure did........
