Zoo & SPS Compatability

I am starting to have a few zoos encroach on the base of a few of my SPSs. So far I have not had any problem but they are not yet in direct contact.

I have heard conflicting information on whether the zoos will harm the SPSs when they come in contact. Does anyone have any definitive data? I would hate to loose an mature SPS but I would rather not frag back the zoos if I dont have to.

Thanks

The only way they'll harm sps is by over growing on them... coincidentally covering the SPS, starving it from light therefor killing it..
