Frozen Or Freez-Dried Cyclopeeze

The title says it all. Which is better, nutritionally and otherwise, and why do you believe this? I'd love to know which is best. Both for corals and for fish.

That's a great question ! I actually use both. I use the cyclopeeze flake with a mixture of ocean nutition formula 1& 2, brine shrimp plus, reef formula, & spirulina. I use the frozen cyclopeeze when making homemade frozen fish food and feeding corals.

freeze dried for fish
frozen for corals
frozen mysis shrimp would be a better frozen food for fish in my opinion.
frozen brine shrimp really have no nutritional value.

lol.. all i know is i bought a big block of the frozen.. and it will last me a lifetime.. lol
