Unhappy Frogspawn very unhappy

months ago, our branching frogspawn was happy. lately we've had an issue with dinos and the tank is at the point where it is starting to stabilize. the problem is that our frogspawn (and star polyps) has been almost completely closed since the problem started. we thought as the dinos were put in check that it would open back up. no such luck so far. nothing has been changed. it's even had a few small heads start to grow. nitrates are fine, we aren't sure what else to do. i don't want to lose it. any ideas?
