They're letting up on the run to stop the pass. Too bad Walker is ND's best player on offense. They can't pass against teams with real defenses like UM, USC, or LSU.

I can't believe the Irish are even in this game as bad as they have played. Amazing. Once I saw LSU was LSU fired up I figured it would be a slaughter.

ND should now be officially banned from playing in any BCS bowl until they can prove that they can win any other bowl games. That would at least give someone much more deserving a shot than the ALWAYS overhyped Irish.

When you said win any other bowl games, I'm assuming you meant win any other BIG games. With the current players/coaching staff, their signature win so far was beating a UM team last year that ended up 7-5.

Hmmmm............ Everytime it gets closer and closer to gameday i have a stronger and stronger gut feeling that FLA is going to win. OSU's defense is just to young and the really only threat they have on offense against the FLA "D" is Troy Smith. We will just have to wait and see if he is a big enough threat to tear down the "D" FLA brings to the table, possible but then again not likely.

Down 7 points in the game at that point. Considring the way ND was playing they should have been blown out in the first half. After watching all the games I now doubt Florida can beat OSU, HOPE I AM WRONG!!!!

Why do the other games have any impact what so ever on the NC game. Do you really think OSU or FLA really care what happens in the other bowl games?

The fact most the teams Florida faced all year didn't look very impressive in their bowl games. SEC was even more overrated than I thought.

Oh my, do we have to keep going back to the past. A team can be amazing one day but lose its footing the next. We all agree that ARK was not the same team as they were when they played USC in the start of the season. We can agree that many teams were awesome in the start but then slipped.

UGA, LSU, Kentucky, USC, and FLA St, all looked terrible right?

AU got 2 lucky turnovers and still only beat Nebraska by what, 3 points? Nebraska held AU to the same amount of points Florida did, What was that USC/Nebraska score again?

LSU finished strong but they should have had the rash put away by half time. ND Stank up the joint and it wasnt forced mistakes.

Everyone outside the SEC commented about Clemson not showing up and they still made it a game at the end so Fla beating tucky, big deal.

Georgia showed a good killer instinct against a beat up offensive line but they didn't exactly put in a stunning performance and even beat up the VT O scored more against Georgia than Florida did.

I predicted why State would beat a superior team and I was right, UCLA looked like they were attending a funeral even when they had the lead. Even so UCLA scored more points than Florida against them.

Tennessee lost to Florida by a point but got schooled by Penn State.

Houston put up 36 points on SC, Florida could only manage 17.

And your mighty SEC is 0-2 against the what did you call it, Little 10

Stop comparing games, i thought we lost all of that. And realize that every game is a lot different, but keep going back to previous games if it makes you feel any better.

How does that UCLA game make you feel, FLA beat FLA ST, so with that being said FLA could have beat USC since UCLA beat them and FLA ST whooped UCLA.

For all this stupid comparison, there's a site somewhere where you can show how pretty much any team beat pretty much any other team by a chain of games. Only two teams don't show up on one end of those chains. Blah blah blah about FLA beating all those teams that played well, blah blah blah about SEC, blah blah blah about "I have a good feeling about this", and so on. Just wait till the 8th to speak, like you've said many many times.

They were hungover and could care less about the game.

What you have is a pattern. All those teams that Florida had to work to beat were not impressive once they started playing outside the sec. I think outside of LSU the SEC was very overrated.

BTW, the SEC is 5-3 in bowl games and could either be 6-3 or 5-4 after the OSU/FLA matchup. Still, SEC will still have a winning record in bowl games despite the outcome of FLA/OSU.

The Little 10 is only 2-4 in bowl games this year and could either go 2-5 or 3-4. STILL, the Little 10 is still going to have a losing record despite the outcome of FLA/OSU game.

And the Pac 10 is 3-3 in bowl games this year. Just an average conference.

So wait...who has the overall best record? SEC!!!
And you know whats going to be funnier? When FLA beats OSU and the Little 10 goes 2-5 in bowl games.
