No, the LPS tank is doing very well! Here are a few pics. (Please pardon the glare from the windows)

The lights had just come on so the torch and frogspawn aren't fully extended. They're both huge.

I talked about taking some frags to Ramiro, but they screamed in horror and begged me to leave them here.

Sorry. I'm not up on the "stuff". Anyone care to explain what all this "stuff" talk is?

Also, concerning your bottom... what made you go with this "rubble" type bottom?

I'm not sure Steve knows you well enough to talk to you about his bottom.

The Stuff is uber secret stuff but maybe he'll let you in on it during his discourse about his bottom.

At the start of this project I chose the rubble bottom really for no other reason than I wanted a different look from my first tank and I wanted to emulate my hero Ramiro. Now I've found it to be place to mount corals too. It's a good look, I think, having corals growing from the bottom of the tank.

As for the "stuff," you just need to look closely at the first page of this post to find the formula.

Maybe we can have a meeting here in February or March. It seems like there's been a waiting list with people wanting to host the club since the summer.

There is no secret except good equipment and lots of attention.

If there is a problem, he makes "Just Dave" come fix it. Sorry if our wandering comments were confusing.

Well... ya know people really do add vodka to their tanks to provide a carbon source for bacteria. :P
