Multiple Tanks in One System

I'm almost ready to stat constructing my new system which will consist of a 65 gal display tank in our living room which will drain into a pair of 40 gal in wall display tanks in the basement which will then drain into a sump below the basement tank and then be pumped upstairs. There will also be a fuge plumbed off the pipes between the two floors.

My plan was to have the 65 be a sps/clam tank and to have the 40's be for softies and zoas. I know that having those types of corals in close proximity in one tank can be problematic but stated to wonder if having them on the same system might start some chemical warfare between tanks on the same system.

Do you think there is anything to worry about?
