Everyone will need an admission ticket to get in except vendors with a valid ID badge.

Children 12 and under are free but they still need to pickup a special admission ticket at the ticket stand

UPDATE:

I've negotiated with OCFEC to include a free ticket into the OC Market Place with all paid attendees of Reef-A-Palooza.
So with every adult admission you will also receive a free admission ticket that is valid until the end of the year (not just this saturday)

We will have food, drinks, beer/wine etc. available just outside the building, as well as "California Grill" available in front of building 12 across the courtyard.

You are encouraged to bring your kids as well; I'll have a "goody bag" for the first 100 kids, 10 and under. shhhh.

Here is the posted times again:

11:00 AM Doors Open for business!
12 Noon - Ike Eigenbrode (speaker)
2:00 PM - Pat Ormiston (speaker)
3:00 PM – 1st Raffle begins
4:00 PM - Bob Fenner (speaker)
6:00 PM – 2nd Raffle begins
7:00 PM – Doors closed for business

A big thanks to Andy of "Ocean in Motion" for supplying over 4,000 gallons or Scripps water to Reef-A-Palooza!

Joseph,
I've got a number of vendors who really want to get into RAP but couldn't due to it being sold out.

If you want I can send a full refund to you so someone else can make it saturday. You'll definitely make somone's day

I started taking inventory last night of my modest crop of prepared frags I will be bringing. I will try to bring some low to mid level stuff as others may focus on high end sps. This is in addition to a couple special things.
I have a draft price list worked up I can email if interested.

what's the going rate on palythoa grandis these days?
I'll have a 3 large polyp plus a couple developing polyps piece available.

Buildings 14 and 16 (bldg 16 is hosting a Burmese Cat show)

Here is the courtyard where the food vendors will be. Bldg 12 in the background will be hosting "The Warehouse Sale" (clothes/jeans)

WANTED: "EARLY BIRD HELPERS"

I could use some help loading, unloading, and setting up for Reef-A-Palooza this Saturday morning if anyone wishes to gratiously donate their time and efforts toward a good cause.

Date: Saturday, August 18, 2007

Time: 5:00 AM

Where: Building #14, OCFEC, 88 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa, CA 92626

I need two or three good people who can help out

Even better, if someone has a pickup truck or van available and can be at my house in Garden Grove a half hour earlier, that would help tremendously. I am carrying product for a few vendors, not to mention beverages, supplies, tools, raffle prizes, equipment etc. etc. I'm talking large quantities!

IMPORTANT:
Please do not simply show up at the building without confirming with me. You will have to be escorted onto the property either by myself or security that early in the morning. thanks.

If interested, please contact me at: quidproquo820@aol.com

Thanks in advance

as we discussed, I'll be at your place Friday evening to help load the truck for transporting supplies to RAP Saturday morning.
