The Shield - Season Finale

What a season finale! I cannot believe they killed off Lem. He was one of my favorite characters.
Why not kill off that bearded one that not much camera time is spent on.

OMG, I know! I can't believe Shane did that. Thinking about it, it was really the only way out of the sh!t storm they created. I didn't think it would come to that.

I thought the strike team would bust Cavenau (sp?) on something that would have thrown the whole investigation out.

Unbelievable ending. Shane is going to be losing lots of sleep next season, especially after Vic made that comment at the very end.

I saw it coming when Shane mentioned that he brought Lem some food..I told my girlfriend "watch, he's gonna frag him with one of those grenades..." Bummer that I was right, I liked Lem's character I was wrong at the end though, I had it pegged that Shane would eat his gun...but maybe they're saving that for next season. Overall I love the show, even if it's more than a tad bit unbelievable...too short a season. Looking forward to "Thief" though, looks very good.

Yeah, it's borderline unbelievable, what what show isn't. I can't wait until next season. Too bad we have to wait like 15 years for the next season

Thief does look very good. I'll have to check it out. I loved "Over There" also. Great show. I've been meaning to watch Black and White, but keep missing it.

FX has some awesome programming.

OMG the finale was awesome!! but whats up with the FX shows and their super short seasons? same thing with Rescue Me. i saw a commercal for the Shield saying it is now on Spike TV starting fridays at 10. is this just going to be re-runs? it would be so awesome for a full season of the Shield!

I really liked 'Over There' also. Very disappointed when it was cancelled.

Shane needs to die! Yup, could see it coming, but I couldn't do anything to stop it!

The ones on Spike will just be repeats. They are suppose to have another season of The Shield this summer I think. I think they have gone to two 'seasons' a year that are each 10-12 episodes instead of one really long season. Like what Battlesar Galactica is doing and some of the other shows. I think it gives the actors and workers a break.

Q-ball you hit the nail on the head. I totally called it that Shane was gonna kill Lem. I'm predicting that Shane will "bite the bullet" next season as well.

Can someone tell me why "over There" was cancelled?

Wow! And I though I was the only one who watched The Shield. Good to see others into this amazing show.

Are you kidding!!??? The show is great. The ending was pretty obvious though.

'Over There' was cancelled because not enough people watched it.

Are you kidding me??? He does a great job in The Shield. I've been hooked since the first episode and haven't missed one yet. It was tough to see Lem get killed. I expected it, but I thought maybe I would have been wrong. I'm still waiting on the camera phone to show up with Aceveda on it.

It is funny to see 'The Commish'. Is that really what Vic used to look like?
