NO! Leave it and see if the frags you make hold the same color. Than you can start calling this morph the Pharaoh's Eye Chalice

As normal Tim, when I see your pics I say to myself..... Paul, get out of the hobby, you don't belong here! You and Karl seem to have mastered the art of growing amazing SPS.

thanks again for the comments everyone. its good motivation to keep pressing on.

karl, i'll name it...Egyptian Lover, Egyptian Lover baby! (LOL, can't let go of my 80's!)

jeff, wait till you see that Ultimates Purple Monster in person...the camera can't even capture its shade of purple!

kevin, i might try some more pics today. per dr.'s orders, i'm not supposed walking around for another day (minor tear in left calf muscle).

kdblove, my tank is acrylic so i didn't need to use starboard on it. i miss the look of sand . but don't miss it scratching my tank up. i've got like 75lbs i'm contemplating putting in my fuge.

1331, using the 18-55mm lense it came with.

Tim - great shots! Is this your camera or a borrowed one? Santa got my wife an XTi for Christmas, and the thing has been attached to her. :P I want to get a macro lense for the camera.

You can get a sigma for about 350-400, or 2 frag packs

My wife wants a Canon EF 70-200mm f2.8 IS USM lense.

It's a sweet lense. I think photography is going to be our "expensive" hobby. :P

Minh- It can get more expensive than this hobby. I have three lenses now, a tripod, a shutter remote, and a few other goodies as well.

After all that, you have to process the pictures and they don't look anything like they should. It gets really frustarting.
