trophy deer pictures (trail camera)

Don't worry Brain, no pictures here

New years eve party, the rancher that owns the place next to where I took my big buck this year was telling me that he has several trail cameras around his place & when I described the buck I took, he knew the deer & told me that he had a dozen or so pictures of him over the last 2 years, and one photo he's got was recently entered into a contest.
I'm stopping by tomorrow after work with a flash drive & he's going to load up those pictures for me.
how cool is that?

he's also got the last 2 years shed horns from this buck, I can't wait to see them!

it's not a trophy photo if the animal is alive & unharmed, correct?

I agree! It's not a trophy if it's still living in the pictures!

She says I was the answer to her prayers...Not exactly what she was praying for, but apparently the answer.

That's good...right?

Back on topic, that is way cool on the trail pics. That was an awesome deer.

funny thing was, a friend of his was in a tree stand on his place and took video of this buck right before he jumped the fence & came to me
guy in tree stand was bow hunting & wasn't close enough to fling an arrow
he (the rancher) thought this buck made it, but was wondering why he hadn't seen him on the trail cams since that night, which was the last day of hunting season

growing a new rack every year has to be better than going under the knife... but what will she do with the "sheds"?

This question has come up before. Now I happen to think so. But being that I was nearly inexperienced when she and I met, I'm not sure I have sufficient comparative information to state that with authority.

Now that is a good idea! You guys send me pictures that I might compare and get some idea of what is considered a good rack and I will report back.

What surprised me is when I Googled images for boobs all I got was this:

You'll notice I'm being real good Ms. Debi. I think these other fellers might be walking close to the line though.

Here's a pic my dad got off of his trail camera this year. Not being a hunter myself, I was a bit to hear that he "got him".

Not the best pic since it was at night, but a very handsome buck. Not to start a debate (ok, maybe so), but isn't this the kind of animal that you'd WANT to keep in the gene pool?
