Finger Leather Coerl Prop...?

Hey all, I have an obnoxiously large finger leather that I need to propogate.

Can someone who has done this please tell me how in a fairly detailed manner. In particular I would like to know:

1.) Best tool and places to cut main piece.

2.)Any care for main piece where cuttings are taken from.
Care for newly cut frags (dips??)

3.)How to attach pieces to new substrate, and what to use.
Glue, Rubber bands, etc???

4.)How long to allow frags to attach to new substrate.

5.)Lighting requirements for frags in frag tank I will be setting up.

6.)Potential release of any toxins from corals? danger to rest of inhabitants. Frag tank will be tied into display tank.

7.)How long in between cuttings/ how much to cut at once from main piece?

8.)Lastly anyone interested in trading some of these frags once they are established...I should have 15 - 20 good sized pieces when all is said and done.

Sorry this is so long, but I have never propped this kind before, and am a little nervous hacking this guy into pieces...
Thanks in advance...
