Doc,
I've read many, many of your helpful answers without asking one of my own.
Thank you for all your efforts, hard work, time spent, and your contributions to making this hobby better

First off I want to express my deepest gratitude for all that you have done for the hobby and for me as an aquarist.

I also would like to propose to either RC or Randy directly to extract a "best of" faq from the RC database based on all the information that Randy has imparted on us. I think such a streamlined source of information on Reef Chemistry will be an invaluable legacy for what Randy has contributed on these boards. It will also let the hundreds of RC members quickly cut through the chaff and get our questions answered with data and facts.

Randy, please come back and let us know where life's paths have led you. I wish you the best in your future endeavors and you will be sorely missed on RC.

Thanks for all your help through the years. It is because of all the helpful information provided that I have been able to stay in the hobby for so long... Without the voice of reason on all things chemistry related who knows what misinformation I may be chasing. Not to mention a big thanks for helping me save a few $$$.

Thanks ever so much for being such a great resource! Your articles have always been an enjoyable read, demystifying the chemistry that goes on in my reef system day to day! You've helped me move from using equipment and chemicals in my reef to UNDERSTANDING what they do and how to best use them.

Good luck in your future endeavors! Your efforts are greatly appreciated and will me missed!

Randy: All of the accalades are so well deserved & none of us can ever tank you enough. The reef chemistry knowledge that you have imparted to all of us over the years is a treasure indeed. I can tell that you would make an excellent teacher because of the way you are able to take complex material & present it in such an understandable way. I personally can't thank you enough for that.

I also concur with the others about the "REEF CHEMISTRY BOOK"!

Best of luck to you always,

Steve

Randy,

You will be missed. Like all of the other members, you have saved my tank numerous times.

I feel we are losing a great member of the community and in a way a friend that we could always turn too.

You have always been friendly and responsive.

Thanks for all of the help. Good luck with what ever project you take on next.
