Ok. The video is not that great, but its the best I could do. My roommate has a better camera than I do, so I'll try and take another video this evening.

You will probably have to watch it a couple times, but you should see the feather dusters moving in a circular pattern. I think there are some other videos on UTube as well.

Also, I have tried many different types of flow patterns over the past 8 years. Its really a matter of opionion on what type of equipment you use. I favor the WaveBox, some favor MaxiJets. Your going to find a milion and one opinions in this hobby. Use what works for you. No matter what you read on the board, your probably going to find something that doesn't agree with the majority.
I couldn't agree more! Anyway if your looking into a good skimmer the euroreef is nice but, as someone else said there are many skimmers that are good. Personally, i use a DAS i feel it is the most bang for your buck. They are pretty much the same as the deltec skimmers without the deltec logo and price.

i wouldnt' recommend going with only a wavebox; a wavebox is a great flow tool, but if you're going sps you will need much more.

i second the TUNZE route , get a muticontroller and add pumps your coral grow,
i would say on a long tank, it would just be too tempting not to throw a wave box in as well.
better have deep pockets though.

This is one of my favorite tanks. It uses a wavebox and a TUNZE Stream 6100

Have you also considered what type of reflector you are going to use? From what I have heard, Lumenarcs are very good. Have you also thought of what type of bulbs you plan on using?

You wont get as much growth out of 20k's but, i also like the blue! A few companies make really nice 14k's that still have a really nice blue hue to them. So getting nice 14k MH lamps along with the T5 actinics will work out nice! You can also overdrive the T5's to get more power out of them and it would rerally help bring out the blue hue you like.
