will aiptasia kill sps???

Will the aiptasia kill the SPS, i have 2 peppermint shrimp in the tank for aiptasia, but they havent found it yet, i know p shrimp may eat the sps polyps but ive had good luck with them so far, plus they are well fed


Can i cut it off, or use joes juice near the sensitive sps or stlyaphora i have,same thing right!!!

dont cut it off, it will just spread, how long have the peps been in there? I assume this is your 75 gallon tank, if it is and there are many aptasia, then maybe try a copper band butterfly. Or you could add more peps, like 3 more, as the tank is large, and if there is little aptasia the peps might need to be increased.

yes, the aptasia will kill your coral.

Joes Juice is pretty good, but you do want to be careful- if you get much on the coral, it will die as well (made that mistake with a pocillipora once). Dont cut/smash it- it will just get worse.
