I just got a phoenix 14k bulb in the mail today from artilespm, and everything was great. Packed well, and the bulbs fired up fine. He even threw in an extra at no cost. Two for the price of one!

just received a sump, no chance to set it up yet, but great shipping and the sump looks geat.

highly recommended.
