Balteatus and unknow flasher

Could you confirm this wrass is balteatus?

and second pic flasher... What is it?

It does look like a Balteatus I have 2 and the second one looks like a Filament, P. Filamentosus. How is Seoul? I was born there but haven't been back in a long time.

the 2nd is a filament flasher

yes its a balteatus. the flasher looks more like a mccosker or carpenter?

My balteatus color is getting dull and I think he need female one.
