Yellow Eyed Kole Tang
I am wanting to get a Yellow Eyed Kole Tang and I am wondering if anyone has had one of these and if they are hard to keep??

They are a beautiful fish. Very active. Not too picky eating. Make sure you offer them seaweed and other greens often. But, they are more susceptible to ick as are other tangs. I would recommend quarantining them before putting one in your main display. Unfortunately, I know this from 1st hand experience.

Very prone to parasitic infections. Don't allow temperature fluctuations. That is it's true enemy. Loves all types of micro-algae.
Does it have stripes or polka dots? Ther are at least two variants. |
