Big eye

My little foxface got stuck on the intake of my power head today and has since recovered to what seems like his previous state, he has however got a swollen eye. It is not red or anything, jsut seems like it popped out. He still eats, swimms normally and all, but he has one big eye. He still sees with too, coz when I come close you see it moving. What should I do!!!

It's the equivalent of a black eye in humans. It will go back down in a few days. If it stays like that for a week or more it may be a sign of an infection, so keep watching him.

Yeah, it can be disturbing how big the eye gets. Looks like it's going to fall out of the socket, but will usually return to normal with little/no damage.

thanks alot guys! I had an idea of netting him and trying to push the eye back but then I thought of how stupid that was, I will just wait.
